We constantly teach our mothers the importance of having vegetable gardens at home. We guide them on how to plant, care for, reproduce and grow nutritious vegetables or herbs that bring health benefits to their children.

We constantly teach our mothers the importance of having vegetable gardens at home. That is why Narú has its own vegetable gardens in each of the two model homes, to show them the best way to care for, reproduce and harvest produce for their own consumption and even to market. On this occasion, our farmer Oscar successfully planted cilantro.

Why cilantro?

You may or may not already know, but this little plant has been attributed to anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. It also prevents the growth of viruses such as Salmonella in food. Now, he has taken the time to show mothers how he has obtained these results, step by step, and has given them some cilantro seedlings to use in the kitchen and plant in their gardens.

Time to share

This is a circle that we repeat over and over again: We plant, we harvest, we teach them how we did it, we teach them how to cook it and finally we share the results of our harvests so they can take it home and try it themselves.
